1. Course Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please inform us at least 24 hours before the course starts. A partial refund may be applicable based on the timing of the request.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
Course canceled by the institute
Technical issues preventing access and no alternate solution is provided
Cancellation within 24 hours of registration (before batch starts)
3. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable Items
Registration fees or completed training modules or ongoing training are non-refundable.
